Character.org and CharacterPlus Celebrate TiliT as the Inaugural Recipient of the Character Excellence in the Workplace Recognition

Washington, DC (September 19, 2025) –  Character.org proudly announces that TiliT, a Brazilian company dedicated to providing shared executive co-working spaces, has been named the inaugural recipient of the Character Excellence in the Workplace Recognition. This new recognition honors organizations that intentionally foster a culture of integrity, respect, and shared values — creating workplaces where individuals and teams thrive.

TiliT was coached by Perky Ibarra, founder of Instituto Champrett, who guided the company in aligning its organizational practices with core principles of character. “TiliT exemplifies how businesses can lead with character and positively influence both their employees and their communities,” said Mike Park, CEO of CharacterPlus. “Their commitment to embedding character into everyday interactions and decision-making is inspiring.”

Character.org and CharacterPlus launched the Character Excellence in the Workplace recognition to expand their mission beyond schools and support organizations worldwide in creating cultures where character is a cornerstone of success.
